Mary de Piro's early work in this area was a Madonna and Child used for the Christmas edition of the Sunday Times of Malta magazine with a new picture used again a the following year.

More recently, her work has appeared in the Catholic Herald and The Good News magazine as well as many publications of the 'Pentecost' painting as various book covers and cards.

'Hidden in the Host’ was another book cover used for a collection of Blessed Sacrament Chapels around Europe, hence the Virgin Mary with a halo of a number of stars, to coincide with the European Commission.
